We are licensed for music, dance, drink and entertainment for up to 120 people, Amar Hall is suitable for a vast range of events including Birthday Parties, Kids Parties, Corporate Events, Wedding receptions, Mother and Toddler Group, Training hall hire, Christmas Parties, Naming Ceremonies, Baby showers, Anniversaries, Band Night, Church Services, Retirement Functions, Weekly Classes (Kung Fu, Karate, Yoga, Dance and fitness classes etc) or any other events in Dartford.
Our function hall is a very good size, which allows for either seated events, part seating part standing events as well as fully standing events! Six-foot long trestle tables and seating will be provided. We do allow you to provide your own catering, decorations and DJ / Entertainment for your events.
We have a small raised stage purposely designed for a DJ’s, to set up in a pole position to play your favourite songs. The stage can also be used for any speeches at a wedding reception or anniversary.
Opposite to the stage in the main hall, we have a fully equipped and licensed bar. This bar will be run by trained bar staff who will be more than happy to help you with any questions you may have on the night of your event. The bar at Amar Hall is always stocked with a wide variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Fully licensed SIA registered door staff will be ensuring your event goes smoothly with no hiccups for the optimum experience at Amar Hall in Dartford.
Our function hall also has its very own kitchen area with a microwave and a refrigerator to help you sort out any of the food you may wish to bring to your event.
Our price for hiring the venue varies depending upon the type of event you are having, the number of people attending and the times for which you require the hall. However, on some occasions within the price of the hall, the bar, bar staff, cleaning and door security are included as part of the hire.
